All floral arrangements are designer's choice,  based on the sender's budget and chosen colour scheme (bright colours, soft colours, all white).  Each arrangement is unique and made-to-order.  While I will always strive to meet specific colour and flower requests, all blooms will be chosen based on freshness, availability, and beauty.  Bouquet longevity will vary depending on where it is placed in the home, temperatures, animals, how often the water is changed, etc. While we can make recommendations on how to care for your bouquet, we cannot guarantee longevity.

My floral studio is based in my home.  While pick ups are perfectly welcome, all orders must be placed ahead of time and an agreed-upon time arranged for the pick up.  I will often accomodate last minute order requests (ie. half hour prior to pick up) so it is worth calling to see if I am available to do so, but this will be entirely dependant on my schedule and how many prior orders I have on the go.  Please note that I do have dogs in my home; they will bark but will be in a secure location and unable to interact with customers.  

A phone number or email address for the recipient is required for all deliveries.  Due to factors such as climate, distance travelled, the cost of fuel, and potential theft, the recipient must confirm that someone is home prior to delivery.  We will leave the arrangement in a secure location with permission and when weather permits; however we cannot be held liable if there is damage to the flowers or they are stolen.  A photograph will be taken as proof of the delivery.  Anonymous deliveries are not permitted.
